This was funny about a bloke being unintentionally insulted by British Gas. Makes a change from the usual intentional insults from companies. Or the tacit insult of the appalling customer service provided by companies such as ntl. (Sorry, I have had bad experiences with ntl on several occasions. The broadband internet is nice though).
