Yeh, I thought Gary Numan. It's funny that both you and April had to ask who that was a picture of! It's a good snap - wish I'd had a decent camera there for that one!

I was thinking Jay Kay myself (solely down to the hat), but the dry ice does give it the Gary Numan feel. If anyone says I look like Quentin Crisp, I'll not be HP. Have absolutely no recollection of the photo being taken. Hughesy.
