Parking
This parking case study may be a warning as to the sort of mentality I am up against here.

Don't get me started. Suffice it to say, the parking adjudicator seems to think that I would give up my morning and a lot of effort to lie to him in order to save £50. Whereas the council/parking attendant didn't even produce anything to try and rebut my allegations (that she never bothered to give me the ticket, so why should I pay a fine).
And there's nothing you can do unless you fancy taking a judicial review action to the high court.
If they've got you on candid camera, unless you can find summat wrong with the signage on the bay then I suspect you're stuffed.

Maybe you're right and I'm ultimately stuffed, but having read the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Act 1991 I've got a few ideas based upon statutory interpretation that I'd like to run past the parking appeals tribunal before I roll over and give up...
