Looks like a cross between a cactus and a Dalek. Somewhat ironic and annoying that attacking the speed camera warrants an automatic response by the actual police, but uninsured/unregistered drivers can drive past it as fast and dangerously as they like without fearing any response from the Old Bill. Meanwhile the person whose number plate they've cloned suffers the full horror of the electronic civil service.
