Anyone ever have any serious reservations about their choice of employment?

Always read the rubric? I hate the rubric...

Strange story about a bloke in America who wasn't allowed to get on a plane, apparently because of a book he was carrying.

How to handle strippers. I won't say who this post is aimed at; you know who you are. Particularly liked the bit about what to tell the girlfriend -

"Add one item of clothing to the minimum that the stripper had on. If they were nude, say they had on a thong, if they had a thong say it was underwear. If they wore underwear, shoot yourself, you are an idiot".

This site has become too thoughtful lately (you may beg to differ...). So I thought I'd raise my game with that picture of a fit bird. Also, check out the hot pink style option, selectable on the right. I've tweaked it with a Star Wars type background and extended it so it goes into the comments boxes as well. Rock and fuggin' roll. This is what the information revolution should be about.

Browsing MCN today.

Near the beginning, Bandy commented that this site started out by being about motorcycles and things that piss me off. Hasn't been much of either on here lately, but you may be interested to know that Honda is to bring out a 900cc Hornet with a Fireblade derived engine for 2002. Could be class...

Here's a thing which makes sites look crap. Interestingly, cos of the simple layout, I don't think that it makes this site anywhere near as weird looking as many. In fact, I almost kinda like it.

This is kind of a worrying precedent isn't it? Tony Blair's said today that he has seen "incontrovertible evidence" linking bin Laden to the attacks in the United States. But he can't tell us about it because it's too secret. As the article states, the question of evidence is important because many in the American-led coalition are uneasy about taking military action against Mr. bin Laden - or the Taliban leaders who have sheltered him - without proof of Mr. bin Laden's complicity. But never mind that; Tony's got the evidence, alright, he just can't tell you about it. Meanwhile assets are frozen, thousands of extra police officers are drafted onto foot patrols and new, harsher laws on extradition, monitoring of emails and other communication and asylum are being mooted.
