Drought UK style

Has anyone ever done a cartoon of someone walking over to a standpipe with a bucket for water, only to find out that the bucket has actually filled up with rainwater during the walk?

Update: apparently, they have now — in the Evening Standard yesterday:

Drought Cartoon

.foX reader, I wonder?

SA is for "sucks ass"

By way of update on Tucola v ChateauOnline SA, shortly after issuing and serving my claim, my wine mysteriously turned up, only one year late. No formal acknowledgment of the claim has been made, so I went on to obtain judgment in default of acknowledgment or defence for a year’s interest on the money, £30 for the court fees I’ve paid and about £80 for my time in putting the claim together (the statutory rate is £9.25 an hour, which is somewhat less than what a lawyer would normally charge when acting for clients, but it’s better than nothing I guess!). Not that I am expecting this judgment ever to be satisfied, but it’s one to put on the wall and the main thing was getting the wine.
